Pre-purchase inspections of properties with significant canopy typically fall $400–$900. We quote each consultation in advance based on the actual scope.

Yes. TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) is the ISA’s structured framework for evaluating tree failure risk. We conduct full Level 2 visual assessments and, when warranted, advanced (Level 3) assessments involving climbing inspection. The report includes target identification, likelihood-of-failure, likelihood-of-impact, consequence analysis, and a final risk rating — the framework municipalities and insurance carriers recognize.
